Frederic serves as Managing Director at Proxilog, and is responsible for the entire investment cycle. In his previous role as Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management, Frederic acted as head of investment real estate logistics covering the DACH and CEE region. Before that, he held the position head of investment Germany at Mileway. Over the past five years, Frederic accompanied transactions with a total logistics investment volume of more than € 2.1 Bn.

Frederic holds a Masters degree in Real Estate from the London South Bank University, is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and is a Certified European Financial Analyst (CEFA).

Jason-Joseph serves as Managing Director at Proxilog and is a senior logistics real estate professional with over 16 years of experience across asset management, investment management, and operational leadership in the logistics and industrial real estate sector. He previously served as Regional Director Frankfurt at Mileway Germany, where he led the Asset Management team as well as the strategic portfolio management and investment activities in one of Europe’s key logistics markets.

Throughout his career, Jason-Joseph has successfully executed logistics real estate investments while leading asset and portfolio management platforms. Before Mileway, he held senior roles at M7 Real Estate and Hansteen Holdings.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from UAL.
